There is a First Time for Everything!

Oh the Pressure! My First BLOG!

A writer - well.... not so much! But, an intrepid soul - yes, searching this world for truths - well..... Is there anything else?

I have been following the blogging life of a few dear friends over the years and must admit, I find the whole art of capturing a thought, a whim, a musing, simply DELECTABLE! How often do we float in thought only to allow it to simply pass on by and miss the opportunity to see if it will Stick! Imagine if PostIt could make the connection somehow - hmmmmm.

So now I have a blog - whatever will I say? Well, who knows, but betting just about anything! I guess I should start with a little bit about me! I LOVE TO TRAVEL - not just to the ends of the earth - but - inwards as well! I am addicted, no doubt. My journeys take all forms both in physical geography to metaphoric ganders. Each new experience just opens the infinite box of curiosities!

I am a mother of two most dynamic kids for whom I can only say - May they always hold true to their spirits and walk with a wide mouthed smile! I am married to the love of my life, 14 years and counting, although we detour together and apart, we always end up on the road home!

I love to use exclamation points in just about everything, how else does one share their passion and excitement in life? I am well known for the creation of ..... well....... what I would like to think are new words to be added to our english vocabulary. Some may say more like a misuse/edited version of a variety of cliches and conjugations. I am sure over time those of you who have an affinity for correct grammer will quickly run!

In the months to come, years (oh now that would be disciplined), I hope to carry out this adventure - yes adventure - in writing, sharing and ultimately, learning - as maybe somebody will actually find substance in these musings and I in theirs! What I have learned in travel is that - no matter the language, the cultural heritage, the traditions, the life experiences - we are more the same than different!

HAPPY READINGS
